Toxic chart-topper Britney Spears has sparked concern amongst fans after posing naked on her bed in a new post suggesting an X-rated video is coming 'this week'

Britney Spears sparked concern after suggesting an X-rated video will be released 'this week'.

Posing naked on her bed, the Toxic chart-topper teased that a NSFW "premiere" would be taking place soon in a new post on Twitter.

Worrying her followers, she captioned the saucy snap: "I have a premiere for a movie this week 'The Legislative Act of My P***y'.

The announcement was posted alongside a sped-up a video which Britney captioned: "Thought I had good hair today."

She added: "Ps I've been holding my cousin's new born baby all day with this baby holder on... I'm literally in a dream."

Britney first posted the news on Monday earlier this week, but fans were quick to pick up on the fact she had posted the video multiple times that day.

One fan said "She keeps reposting, but everyone says she's fine, nothing's wrong - something is wrong!"

Another said: "And here we go again. But y'all love to pretend like it's normal. This is like the fourth time she posted this today."

A third penned: "What are we not getting...", prompting a user to respond: "It was filmed in her old living room! That's as far as I got so far. But the living room is from her old house... old video?"
