"We go way back—so far back that we've now started to take years off how long it's been," she says of Gravity costar
Sandra Bullock has to be able to see that her Gravity costar George Clooney is a catch-and-a-half, but to her, he's just a friend.
The 49-year-old actress explained on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno on Friday, Sept. 27, how the twosome "go way back—so far back that we've now started to take years off how long it's been."
And when asked if she and George, 52, had ever dated, Sandra said no, adding, "I think we're probably the only two that haven't dated in the business."
And why on earth not? ''I think it's probably because we're a little too similar," she admitted, "in all the disturbing ways.''
Fair enough. Clearly, though, Sandra's a fan of George—and so is her adorable 3-year-old son Louis! "My son thinks he's a very cool dude," she said. "If there's a choice between me [and] George and Alfonso [Cuaron, Gravity's director], my son will leave me to be with George and these guys."
''He's a boy's boy," she reasons, "so he has to go talk to the men."
